An emerging center of excellence is promoted by Jaya Educational Society. Founded and professionally run by distinguished academicians, medical professionals and technocrats belonging to Chittoor District of Andhra Pradesh. It is located at puttur town a place 35 KM away from Tirupati. This place is very near to the famous Narayanavanam, a holy place where lord Venkateswara married goddess Padmavathi and is well connected by both railway and road ways (Chennai - Tirupathi highway).

Objectives (RIE)
Quality Improvement of School Education through innovative pre-service and in-service Teacher Education Programmes and relevant research, development and extension actives.
Cater to the educational needs ( Pre-Service and and in-service) Educate of teachers/teacher educators in the states and UTS under Jurisdiction.
Extending assistance in Implementing the policies of the State/Uts.
